Holiday time...

Well... Thump and I are off for 5 days in the south of WA in a little touristy town called Busselton. Busselton is famous for (amongst other things) its Jetty. The Busselton Jetty is the second longest Jetty in the Southern Hemisphere. It was built in 1865 and is 1799 metres long (5902 ft). It has an underwater observation area and is a favourite dive spot.

I did production for a music festival down there last year and looked around for a pet friendly B&B and scored a lovely little place in a forest.

Poor Jake knows somethings up and he keeps looking sad. Last time we were packing suitcases and the like we went to Bali and he went to a kennel. He was not happy!

So... I hope you all have a great New Year celebration and we'll be back next Wednesday to hear about your stories. We're making videos and taking heaps of snaps so I'll work on a slide show thingy!

Have a good one y'all

Poor Jake, tell him Rocco and Chloe had to suffer the same fate recently, but they survived! ;)
You two have a wonderful time, and Happy New Year!

I'm jealous, have a great time!

Joe Joe is suffering a similar fate for New Years as we're actually going away for two days. We've got reservations for live music, 4 bands in the same place. Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet and two nights lodging for $500 USD. Not exactly cheap but for a one time deal, well, New Year's isn't cheap no matter what you do.

We're back!... What a hoot. Well not so much of a hoot as a damn relaxing time wandering around the Aussie bush with no customers, phones or internet...

T&A: I forgot to mention Jake came with us. He thought he wasn't and looked freaked but we found a pet friendly B&B so he had the best time chasing REAL chickens and getting biten by bull ants :)

Poodles: You would have loved walking through the bush... We've videoed heaps so I'll make a "Thump & Protium's Walk Through the Aussie Bush" video :)

Joe: I hope you have the best time and look forward to some snaps of it. Regards to the family mate :)

EiB: Thanks mate. It was revitalising. Happy New Year to you and yours :)

Sean: How could you have come to WA and not checked in?
It is a nice spot down there.

Happy New Year all.....
